SHIPPING INFORMATION
Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day. Order processing time includes item selection, handling, packaging and shipping. Please allow at least two days for order processing. All orders to be shipped outside the continental United States, Hawaii or Alaska will be held for 10 business days to insure validity. All orders billed and/or shipped outside of the continental United States, Hawaii or Alaska must have the same billing and shipping address.
Shipping
Orders shipped by this method will be delivered within 3-5 business days from time of processing. Please allow two business day for order processing. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following Monday.
International Shipping
All orders to be shipped outside the continental United States, Hawaii or Alaska will be held for 10 business days to insure validity. All orders billed and/or shipped outside of the continental United States, Hawaii or Alaska must have the same billing and shipping address. All orders to be shipped outside the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited. Product and shipping prices displayed do not include any applicable duties and taxes. The recipient is responsible for all import duties and taxes that may be levied by local governments; these fees must be paid to release your order from customs upon arrival. We are unable to advise the amount of these charges and suggest you contact your local postal service for further information. Orders shipped via International Shipping will be charged a flat rate of $65.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Customer satisfaction is a top priority. If you are not satisfied with your order, returns will be accepted for full refund for up to 30 business days from the date of receipt.
Note for International Orders: Customs and other taxes on international returns must be fully paid by the customer before the return is given authorization.
Please include a copy of your invoice and all original items shipped with the package. Enclose the packing slip with the item(s) and ship, prepaid and insured. Please email us to arrange the returns or exchanges
If you would like to return an item for an exchange, please include the name of the replacement piece and your payment information (if the new order will exceed the original total). Please allow up to three (3) weeks for a return to process. Once your return has been processed, please allow two to three business days for the refund to appear on the credit card.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Prices are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to cancel orders containing erroneous prices including those due to technical or administrative errors on our part.
REPAIRS
Please accept our deepest apologies if any of our products need repair. Please email us to arrange any repairs. All repairs are handled on a case by case basis. Charges are assessed once the item for repair has been received and evaluated by a Repair Representative.
If an order arrives broken or in an unacceptable condition, please inform us immediately. We apologize for the inconvenience if this occurs and there will be no charge for this kind of repair. Please ship the order back within 15 days to avoid any delays or penalties.
